Terms of Service

Quotations

Every project starts with a written quotation describing the scope, price and timeline. Work begins after the quotation is accepted and the deposit is paid.

Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is paid before work starts and 50% at launch. Monthly plans are paid in advance each month.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own your website design, content and domain. We may show the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Changes

Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them.

Support

Free fixes are provided for the period stated in your package. Ongoing support is available through our Care plans.
