How long does it take to build a website?
A Starter website is usually live within 7 days of receiving your content. Business websites take about 14 days and online shops about 21 days. Custom systems get a timeline in the written quotation.
How do payments work?
We start with a 50% deposit and the balance is paid at launch. If you prefer, the Starter website is also available on a monthly plan from TSh 75,000 per month, with hosting and support included.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and you own your content and design. We give you all access details and documentation at handover.
Can my customers pay with M-Pesa?
Yes. We connect your site to licensed Tanzanian payment gateways that accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas and bank cards.
Can you build my website in Swahili?
Yes. We build in English, Swahili or both. Business and Online Shop packages include both languages.
