The challenge
The company needed to present thousands of vehicles from multiple Japanese suppliers to buyers in many countries, in their own languages and currencies, while staff kept stock, prices and photos up to date every day.
What we built
We designed and built a complete platform: smart natural-language search, vehicle pages with full specifications and FOB and CIF prices, customer accounts, and staff and admin portals for stock, pricing, photos, enquiries and analytics. It runs on AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront) with a managed PostgreSQL database and an automated release pipeline with health checks and automatic rollback.
Results
15,000+ vehicles managed in one place, a site available in 7 languages and 4 currencies, and staff who update prices and photos in seconds from their phones.
